Background and Personal Interests
I’ve been an artist for as long as I can remember. I also have a keen eye for detail and design. My hobbies include drawing, making paper cutting artworks, playing piano, watching anime, bowling, and fishing. I also enjoy doing personal Photoshop projects. As a child, I thought it would be cool to become a famous artist one day. I would draw a lot, improving my skills over the years. I was introduced to paper cutting in one of my high school art classes, but I didn’t really start getting into it until after I graduated high school. I started getting into photo editing around the year 2017. I didn’t know how to use Photoshop at the time so I used Pages (Apple’s version of Microsoft Word) as my image editing software. So I was really happy when I learned how to use Photoshop in college. It was also around that time where I got into video editing. I'm self taught at video editing and have gotten very familiar with iMovie and have worked with DaVinci Resolve a little bit. When it came to choosing a career, I wanted to go into something I enjoyed that I was also good at. I ended up studying UI/UX and graphic design since it utilized my natural talents, seemed like a job I’d enjoy doing, and in a way, fulfilled one of my childhood dream jobs.
